Who?
Coach Phillip Aldana, Master Yoga instructor
Coach Anas Canon, Krav Maga instructor
Coach Mouaadh Bellal, Archery instructor
What?
Phillip Aldana will be leading Yoga & Mediation at sunrise. Coach Canon will be teaching Krav Maga at high noon. Late afternoon/sunset nature walks and horseback rides. Meal times are immediately after teaching modules.
Clean, tasty and healthy food cooked on site all week by our private world renowned chef. A blend of traditional Mexican dishes mixed with some American classics for good measure. Equal amounts of Vegan and Non-Vegan options for each meal. Most ingredients are sourced from our farms or local, fresh, organic farms when possible.
Meals, lodging, classes, horse rides(don’t worry we will train you) and transportation are included. $1,500 USD for all 4 days.
Where?
The Site: Less than 30 miles south of San Diego in Rosarito, Baja Califonia, Mexico. We will answer all the questions you may have about transportation & routes. If you are coming from the USA we recommend flying into San Diego International Airport. It’s approx 43 miles from our cabins. If you’re not entering via the US border, fly into Tijuana’s International airport and we will come pick you up.
Most of us have lived down here in Mexico for several years now. Some of us, our entire lives. There are thousands of US & Canadian citizens, like us, who have chosen to make Baja California their home. Consider us a band of Locals.
